President Serzh Sargsyan receives CSTO Secretary-General Nikolay Bordyuzha

President Serzh Sargsyan received today Nikolay Bordyuzha, Secretary-General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), who has arrived in the Republic of Armenia on a working visit.

At the meeting, the parties touched upon issues related to the agenda of the meetings of CSTO statutory bodies to be held in Dushanbe in autumn and to Armenia’s upcoming chairmanship of the CSTO.

The interlocutors also discussed the status of implementation of decisions adopted at the previous session of the CSTO Collective Security Council. Nikolay Bordyuzha reported to the Armenian President on the current activities of the organization and on the results achieved through cooperation.
