Newly-appointed Turkmen Ambassador to Armenia presents his credentials to President
Muhammad Niaz Mashalov, the newly-appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Armenia, today handed over his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan.
The President congratulated Ambassador Mashalov on starting his diplomatic tenure in our country and wished him success in his noble and responsible work. Serzh Sargsyan stressed that the historical interstate dialogue between Armenia and Turkmenistan based on friendship and mutual respect has strengthened year after year which has been greatly contributed by senior-level reciprocal visits and the agreements made as result of them. The Armenian President expressed the hope that during his tenure Muhammad Niaz Mashalov will do his best to further intensify and deepen cooperation between Armenia and Turkmenistan in trade and economic, humanitarian and other areas.
Ambassador Mashalov extended his thanks to President Serzh Sargsyan for the congratulations and best wishes and assured that his work will be targeted at the realization of the high-levels agreements made between the two countries’ Presidents and of documents concluded in numerous areas, which are directed at further reinforcing and developing bilateral ties in all areas.
