President Serzh Sargsyan attended the ceremony of opening of the Hayat Place Yerevan Hotel

President Serzh Sargsyan today attended the ceremony of opening of the Hayat Place Yerevan Hotel which belongs to the world famous Hayat Place hotel chain.

The President of Armenia toured the newly opened hotel compound which is built in accordance with the standards of the top-quality international brand, familiarized with the investments, created jobs and quality of the provided services.

Construction of the Hayat Yerevan Hotel, which is located in the vicinity of the Republic Square in Yerevan, commenced in 2011 and was concluded this year. During the tour, Serzh Sargsyan was informed that investments for the construction of the hotel have already reached 15 million USD. This almost 7.0002 meter and ten-story hotel employs 70 people with the average wages of 200,000 AMD.

Opening of Hayat Place Yerevan hotel in our country, according to the owner of the Hotel Interarm-M and representatives of the Hayat Hotels Corporation which carry out management of the compound, will undoubtedly boost the quality of the services provided in the hotel industry. It is also expected that entry of this new hotel into the Armenian market will improve the competition atmosphere among the chain and brand hotels, as well as in the hotel industry of the Republic in general.
