President Serzh Sargsyan received the EU Special Representative Philippe Lefort

President Serzh Sargsyan received today the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Philippe Lefort.

At the meeting, the parties spoke about the Armenia-EU relations, reforms implemented in Armenia in a number of areas with the assistance of the European Union.

The parties exchanged views on regional developments and the current stage of the NK peace process. They underscored importance and necessity of carrying on with the efforts for a peaceful resolution of the conflict based on the international principles and in the format of OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs negotiations.
