President invited a meeting aimed at the strengthening of the local governance bodies and increase of their opportunities

President Serzh Sargsyan invited today a meeting which was attended by the RA Prime Minister Tigran Sarkissian, Vice Prime Minister Armen Gevorkian, Head of Presidential Administration Vigen Sarkissian, Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margarian, Minister of Finance David Sarkissian, Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmassian, Head of the State Revenue Committee Gagik Khatchatrian, Head of the State Cadaster Committee Ervand Zakharian.

Discussed were issues related to the modernization, more efficient financing and improvement of the mechanisms for the tax collection by the local governance bodies. All this is aimed at the strengthening of the local governance bodies and increase of their opportunities.
