The newly appointed Ambassador of Cuba to Armenia presented his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan
Today, the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Cuba to the Republic of Armenia Emilio Losada Garcia (residence in Moscow) presented his credentials to President Serzh Sargsyan.
The President congratulated the Ambassador on the beginning of his diplomatic mission in our country and wished him success in all his undertakings aimed at the development and strengthening of the Armenian-Cuban relations. Serzh Sargsyan stressed the necessity to enhance political dialogue and develop cooperation in different areas.
The parties stressed the importance of strengthening the interparliamentary relations as well as cooperation in the framework of international organizations. Ambassador Emilio Losada Garcia conveyed to President Serzh Sargsyan warm greetings from the President of the State Council of Cuba and President of the Council of Ministers Raul Castro and assured of the cordial and respectful attitude of the people of Cuba toward the Armenian people.
Serzh Sargsyan expressed hope that as a result of the new Ambassador’s activities the relations between the two states will be developing steadily and will rise to a qualitatively new level.
