President Serzh Sargsyan continues to receive congratulations on his re-election as President of the Republic of Armenia
President Serzh Sargsyan continues to receive congratulations from the leaders of foreign states, heads of international organizations, representatives of state and public sectors and individuals on his re-election as President of the Republic of Armenia.
The congratulatory message sent by the President of the People’s Republic of China Hu Jintao reads:
“Your Excellency,
I convey to You my sincere congratulations and wishes for well-being on Your re-election as President of the Republic of Armenia.
We are very content that in recent years under Your leadership Armenia has been maintaining a political and civil stability, the economy has been developing incessantly, the living standards of the people are rising by day, foreign relations are constantly expanding, and the country has registered great success in its development.
In twenty-one years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the Armenian-Chinese relations have been developing very successfully and steadily. Mutual political trust between the two sides is strengthening unfailingly, the mutually beneficial cooperation is increasing, close relations are being maintained and cooperation on the international and regional issues is going on. China and Armenia are good friends and partner states. The Chinese side respects the development path chosen by the Armenian people, which reflects the peculiarities of the country, and attaches great importance to our bilateral relations, standing ready to elevated amicable relations and cooperation with the Armenian side to a new level.

The President of Georgia Micheil Sahakashvili too has sent a congratulatory message to Serzh Sargsyan on his re-election as President of Armenia, wishing him success in his activities. “I am confident that friendly and partner relations between Georgia and Armenia, cooperation and high level of trust will deepen further for the benefit of our countries and peoples, progress and prosperity,” President of Georgia said in his letter.
On behalf of the people of Georgia, the government of the country and his own behalf, the Prime Minister of Georgia Bidzina Ivanishvili sent a congratulatory message to President Serzh Sargsyan.
“I wish that your successful work becomes even more proficient for the creation of a powerful and democratic Armenia.
I am confident that close cooperation and mutual assistance of our two sovereign states based on reciprocated respect, equality and principles of friendship will continue for the benefit of the Armenian and Georgian peoples,” the Prime Minister of Georgia said in his letter.
The President of Armenia received congratulations and good wishes on his re-election from the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, President of NKR Bako Sahakian, the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharian.
