President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the opening of a new unit of the Ayb high school

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan participated at the opening of the new unit of the Ayb high school which has been functioning in Yerevan for almost a year now.

The President of Armenia toured the premise of the newly constructed unit of the school which is aspiring to become a model of the 21st century Armenian school, familiarized with the conditions, conversed with the pupils and teachers. Ayb educational foundation, remaining true to the idea behind the creation of this school, also furnished and equipped the new unit of the school with all modern technologies necessary for the implementation of creative ideas, providing solutions conducive for learning and creating.

At the Ayb educational complex, President Sargsyan was present also at the ceremony of consecration of the memorial stone of the Sourb Targmanchats Church to be constructed on the territory of the complex and opening of the Wall of Honor which is engraved with the names of the donors who contributed to the construction of this educational complex. At the ceremony, the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Ayb educational foundation Mesrop Pr. Aramian on behalf of the Foundation handed a Letter of Commendation to President Serzh Sargsyan for his significant contribution to the creation of the Ayb educational complex.
