President Serzh Sargsyan attended the closing ceremony of Bazeh-12 Pan-Armenian Youth gathering in Tsakhkadzor

Today, in Tsakhkadzor President Serzh Sargsyan attended the closing ceremony of Bazeh-12 Pan-Armenian Youth gathering which commenced on August 13.

The President of Armenia watched the finals of the Bazeh-12 competitions, inquired about the daily lives of the participants, and responded to their questions.

According to President Sargsyan, the Bazeh-12 the Pan-Armenian youth gathering in Tsakhkadzor has brought together young people from different corners of the world and marzes of Armenia, creating a good opportunity to learn about each other and enrich their knowledge of Armenia. The President noted that gatherings such as this one provide a proper platform for the conception and discussion of new programs and ideas.

According to Serzh Sargsyan, although modern technologies give ample opportunities for a daily contact, gatherings like this one, direct contacts are irreplaceable. “Remember this: you are a significant and precious part of a wonderful entity, whose name is Armenia, and Armenia without you, each one of you cannot be integral and holistic. And also remember that without Armenia, you cannot be wholesome persons and cannot reveal your true selves,” President Serzh Sargsyan told the participants of Bazeh-12 Pan-Armenian youth gathering.

President Serzh Sargsyan met also with the members of the Armenian National Chess Team, who in the run-up to the Chess World Olympiad in Istanbul are conducting training in Tsakhkadzor.
