President ratified the decision of the RA Government to appoint Edgar Ghazarian Governor of Vayots Dzor

Guided by the Article 88.1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, President Serzh Sargsyan ratified today the decision of the RA Government to appoint Edgar Ghazarian Governor of Vayots Dzor.
