President Serzh Sargsyan appointed members of the RA Government

Guided by Paragraph 4 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, today President Serzh Sargsyan appointed members of the RA Government. Particularly, by the Presidential decrees appointed were Sergo Karapetian, Minister of Agriculture, Tigran Davtian, Minister of Economy, Vache Gabrielian, Minister of Finance, Gagik Beglarian, Minister of Transportation and Communications, Artem Asatrian, Minister of Labor and Social Issues, Derenik Dumanian, Minister of Health, Hrair Tovmassian, Minister of Justice, Aram Harutyunian, Minister of Nature Protection, Armen Movsissian, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Armen Ashotian, Minister of Education and Science, Hasmik Poghossian, Minister of Culture, Hrachia Rostomian, Minister of Sports and Youth Issues, Hranush Hakopian, Minister of Diaspora Affairs, Samvel Tadevossian, Minister of Urban Development, Armen Gevorkian, Minister of Territorial Administration.

By another decree of the President, the Minister of Territorial Administration Armen Gevorkian was also appointed the RA Vice Prime Minister.

Earlier, on June 4, President Serzh Sargsyan in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia appointed also three members of the Government: Edward Nalbandian was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs, Seiran Ohanian was appointed Minister of Defense and Armen Eritsian was appointed Minister of Emergency Situations.
