President Serzh Sargsyan, who is also the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Yerevan State University Alumni Association, today at Avan administrative region of Yerevan participated at the groundbreaking ceremony of the apartment building, which will be constructed by the YSU Alumni Association in the framework of its “Affordable housing for young journalists, physicians, educators and sportsmen” social program on housing and conversed with the beneficiaries of the project.
