President Serzh Sargsyan received professor of international marketing Philip Kotler

President Serzh Sargsyan received today professor of international marketing at the US Northwestern University John Kellogg School of Management Philip Kotler.

The President welcomed Professor Kotler and expressed confidence that his visit to our country will be extremely useful for the young people and business community of Armenia who are striving to improve their knowledge of marketing and business administration. They are eager to meet the professor and are looking forward to his lecture.

Underscoring that in the contemporary world marketing is a prospective area and a science, which is very important for any country with market economy, President Serzh Sargsyan welcomed the initiative of Philip Kotler to establish in Armenia a regional center for marketing development. He said that if the idea is implemented it may play an important role in training high class experts of the area.

Noting that marketing is a science as well as an art, Professor Kotler said that he would be happy to share his knowledge with the Armenian young professionals and entrepreneurs.
