President Serzh Sargsyan sent a proposal to the National Assembly to declare general amnesty

Guided by Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Article 81 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 90 of the Law on the “National Assembly Charter”, President Serzh Sargsyan today sent a proposal to the National Assembly to declare general amnesty on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Armenia’s independence.
