President Serzh Sargsyan held a phone conversation with the member of the RA Artists’ Union, Armenia People’s Artist, Movses Khorenatsi Medal recipient Robert Elibekian. The President of Armenia congratulated the artist on his jubilee, wished him good health and new creative achievements.
