President Serzh Sargsyan was present at the closing ceremony of Baze-2010 youth gathering
Today, in Tsakhkadzor President Serzh Sargsyan was present at the finals of the competitions and closing ceremony of Baze-2010 youth gathering which commenced on August 23.
Serzh Sargsyan conversed with the participants, who told the President of Armenia about their impression of Baze-2010, spoke to him about their meetings with the representatives of public, political, spiritual, cultural and other areas, which have already become a good tradition, and discussed their busy schedule. They noted that during the gathering they were able to display their abilities and skills, to socialize and get new friends and new knowledge.
“United Youth means sustainable future” is the motto of Baze-2010 which is organized by the Armenia’s Youth Foundation. The gathering was attended by 300 young people aged 18-30 from Armenia, Artsakh and Javakhk.
Baze gathering has been conducted since 2002 and has brought together total of 6000 young men and women.
