President Serzh Sargsyan presided over the meeting of the Board of Trustees of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund
Today, the President of the Republic of Armenia, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Serzh Sargsyan presided over the 19th meeting of the Board at the Government House.
The participants of the meeting viewed the video film on the works conducted with the financial participation of the Fund in 2009. The Executive Director of the Fund, Ara Vardanian presented a report on the Fund’s last year activities.
The agenda of the meeting included also an item on the nomination of a new member to the Board of Trustees, presentation of the expert opinions of the Monitoring Commission and the Grand Thornton Amyot auditing company, and issues related to the objectives of the Fund’s Marathon-2010.
