On the occasion of the New Year and Christmas holidays Serzh Sargsyan made a traditional visit to the defense lines of our country
On the occasion of the New Year and Christmas holidays, the President of Armenia, Commander-in-Chief, Serzh Sargsyan made today a traditional visit to the defense lines of our country.
At the defense positions the President of Armenia observed the administration of the combat duty, conversed with the troops and officers, familiarized with their social and living conditions.
The Commander-in-Chief congratulated the troops with New Year and Christmas, gave his best wishes and expressed gratitude for their service. The President of Armenia made a toast to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.
During his visit to the defense lines, the President of Armenia was accompanied by the Minister of Defense, Seyran Ohanian, Head of the Ararat Diocese, Navasard Archbishop Kchoyan, and the Armenian writer and publicist Zory Balayan.
