First Lady of Armenia Rita Sargsyan visited the family of the serviceman Azat Asoyan who was killed at the border

On December 23, 2015 First Lady Rita Sargsyan visited the family of the serviceman Azat Asoyan who was killed at the border. During the last visit, the First Lady promised Azat’s mother to give her a symbol of a spiritual tie between her fallen and the newborn sons – a lullaby. It was created by Mrs. Rita Sargsyan and composer Avet Barsegian when they learned that after Azat’s death the family was expecting a new baby in the family.

Last year, the First Lady of Armenia created a song dedicated to the soldiers who fell during the twenty years of the fragile peace. Azat was one of them. At the moment when the CD with the song was being handed to her, Azat’s mother - as a token of her appreciation and gratitude to the First Lady for her compassion - asked the filming crew to make Mrs. Rita the first person who would learn the secret of the new addition to the family.
