RA First Lady Rita Sargsyan attended the opening ceremony of the legendary intelligence agent Gevork Vartanian’s memorial plaque near the second subsidiary building of Yerevan Linguistic University. The widow of the intelligence agent Gohar Vartanian was also present at the ceremony.
