President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to President of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay Yamandú Ramón Antonio Orsi Martínez on the occasion of Uruguay’s national holiday, Independence Day.

“Armenia attaches great importance to the continued development of friendly relations with Uruguay.

I am pleased to note that the opening of the TUMO Center for Creative Technologies in Montevideo in 2025 is a testament to the effective partnership established between our countries and our readiness to expand our cooperation into new areas.

I am confident that through joint efforts, we will further strengthen the existing cooperation for the benefit of our peoples,” the message reads.
