President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to President of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam on the occasion of Singapore’s National Day.

“Armenia attaches importance to deepening friendly relations with Singapore based on democratic values and expanding interstate cooperation.
