President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of Greece Konstantinos Tasoulas

The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Hellenic Republic, Konstantinos Tasoulas, on the occasion of the national holiday — Independence Day.

“Relations between Armenia and Greece are based on strong friendship, mutual respect, and shared civilizational values.

We highly appreciate Greece’s principled position on issues of importance to Armenia.

I warmly recall my recent visit to Greece and am confident that the consistent implementation of the agreements reached during that visit will contribute to strengthening ties between our two brotherly peoples and to expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

I am pleased to reaffirm my invitation for You to visit Armenia, being confident that Your visit will give new impetus to the developing Armenian-Greek relations,” the message states.
