President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of Romania, Klaus Werner Iohannis.

“Armenia values the friendly ties with Romania, which are based on mutual respect, democratic values, and historical and cultural connections.

I am pleased to note the upward development of bilateral relations in recent years, which I am hopeful will continue to expand for the benefit of our peoples,” the message reads.
