President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović on the National holiday - Statehood Day.

"The relations between Armenia and Montenegro, based on mutual respect and trust, have great potential for development and deepening.

I am confident that through joint efforts we will further enrich the agenda of cooperation with new programs and initiatives for the benefit of our peoples," reads the message of President Khachaturyan.
