President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulation letter to the Emir of the State of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, on the occasion of assuming the leadership of the country.

"Kuwait is one of Armenia's reliable partners. I attach great importance to the expansion of the bilateral agenda and the development of multi-sectoral cooperation.

I am willing to consistently make efforts to deepen the Armenia-Kuwait cooperation," President Khachaturyan's letter reads.
