President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulation letter to the President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs on national holiday, Independence Day.

"Armenia attaches great importance to the ties with Latvia based on historical, cultural and universal values. I am confident that by joining efforts we will enrich the Armenian-Latvian agenda with new projects and initiatives.

I highly value the existing cooperation between our countries, both in the bilateral format and within the framework of the Armenia-European Union partnership," reads the letter of President Khachaturyan.
