President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated President of Austria Alexander Van der Bellen

The President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory letter to the Federal President of the Republic of Austria Alexander Van Der Bellen on the National Day of Austria.

The letter reads:
