President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated Vladimir Putin

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on his birthday.

The letter reads:

"Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich,

Please accept my sincere birthday wishes.

Our peoples are bound with long-standing traditions of friendship and cooperation. I am convinced that constructive efforts aimed at the further development of relations between Armenia and Russia will make an important contribution to the strengthening of friendship between the peoples of our countries."
