President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated the President of Costa Rica Rodrigo Chaves Robles

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Costa Rica Rodrigo Chaves Robles on the Independence Day of Costa Rica.

The letter reads:

"I am hopeful that through joint efforts we will deepen and enhance the relations between Armenia and Costa Rica for the benefit of our peoples.
