President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, on Tajikistan's national holiday, Independence Day.
