President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated the President of Brazil Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Federal Republic of Brazil Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on the Independence Day of Brazil.
