President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory letter to President of India Droupadi Murmu

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of India Droupadi Murmu on the occasion of the successful landing of the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft on the south pole of the Moon.
