President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of Benin Patrice Talon

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Benin Patrice Talon on the national holiday, Independence Day.

"I am confident that through joint efforts we will foster the development and expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation between Armenia and Benin on bilateral and multilateral platforms for the benefit of our peoples," reads the message of President Khachaturyan.
