President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to Grand Duke Henry of Luxembourg on the National Day.

"Armenia highly values Luxembourg's principled support to our country and Artsakh since 2020, in a challenging period for the Armenian people. Luxembourg is one of the friendly states that, by speaking up for justice, became exemplary for many other states that advocate human rights and fundamental freedoms.

I am hopeful that through joint efforts, the existing high-level political dialogue between our countries will be further strengthened contributing to the expansion of effective cooperation in the field of economy, science and culture as well," President Khachaturyan's message reads.
