President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to King Harald V of Norway

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to King Harald V of Norway on the national holiday of the Kingdom of Norway – Constitution Day.

President Khachaturyan's message reads:

"I am hopeful that the friendly relations between Armenia and Norway based on mutual respect and trust will continue to develop and expand for the benefit of our peoples."
