President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev on the country’s National holiday – Liberation Day.

The message says:

“The relations between Armenia and Bulgaria, based on the friendship of our peoples and close historical and cultural ties, continue to develop progressively.

I have fond memories of our meeting in Sofia, during which we had a constructive dialogue on the prospects of interstate ties.

I am sure that with joint efforts, we will contribute to the further promotion and strengthening of the cooperation potential between our countries for the benefit of our peoples.
