President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the Emperor of Japan on the National holiday – the birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan.

The message particularly says:

“Armenia places great significance on strengthening and deepening the friendly ties with Japan.

I have no doubt that the achievement that our countries recorded during the past years and the relations based on mutual respect are a solid foundation for the further development and expansion of cooperation for the benefit of our peoples.
