President Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping on the Chinese New Year - Spring Festival.

The message particularly says:

“My warmest congratulations to you and the friendly people of China on the Chinese New Year – Spring Festival. May it bring health and joy to each family.

Last year marked the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Armenia and China. Hailing the results of the mutually beneficial cooperation during these years, I reiterate my willingness to strengthen and deepen partnership in both regional and international issues.

I believe that with joint efforts, we will develop our bilateral relations based on mutual respect and trust for the benefit of our peoples.

I wish you sound health and success, and the friendly peoples of China peace and welfare.”
