President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated the President of Malta on his birthday

The President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Malta George Vella on his birthday.

President Vahagn Khachaturyan's message particularly says: "Armenia attaches importance to the development and strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation with Malta, and is ready to enrich the agenda of bilateral relations with new programs and initiatives.
