President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated the President of France on his re-election

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to Emmanuel Macron on his re-election as President of France.

President Khachaturyan's message particularly says: "I warmly congratulate you on your convincing victory in the elections of the President of the Republic of France and on your re-election in the responsible position of the head of state.

I am confident that during this new term of office, you will continue to contribute to the strengthening of the centuries-old Armenian-French friendship and the deepening of the 30-year-old privileged relations between our states.

Armenia highly appreciates the consistent efforts, exerted by France and personally you, to overcome the challenges posed by the 44-day war in Artsakh, peacefully settle the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in the format of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, and establish lasting peace and stability in the region."
