President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated the Yezidi community of Armenia on the New Year - Malake Taus

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the representatives of the Yezidi community of Armenia on the occasion of the New Year, Malake Taus.

President Khachaturyan's message particularly says: "Let continuous achievements and new success mark this year for the fraternal Yezidi people.

The friendship of the Armenian and Yezidi peoples dates back to ancient times, further strengthening and deepening owing to the examples of overcoming difficult situations together, and supporting each other. Our brotherhood is a bright example of selfless cooperation.

I am convinced that the traditions of Armenian-Yezidi friendship traditions will continue, based on mutual respect, trust, and solidarity."
