President Vahagn Khachaturyan congratulated President of Iran and the Supreme Leader on Nowruz

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ebrahim Raisi on Nowruz.

The message particularly says: "I warmly congratulate you on Nowruz, the Iranian New Year. Let the New Year by the solar calendar mark new achievements and lasting peace to the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The Armenian-Iranian relations, based on centuries-old history and mutual respect, are especially significant for Armenia.

I am convinced that with joint efforts, we will be able to raise the mutually beneficial cooperation to a new level, using the existing potential as much as possible for the well-being of our peoples."

President Vahagn Khachaturyan also sent a congratulatory message to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

The message particularly says: "Armenia highly appreciates the friendly relations with Iran, based on mutual respect and solidarity.

I am convinced that there are the necessary preconditions for further developing and expanding mutually beneficial cooperation for the regional stability and well-being of our peoples."
