Armenia seeks to strengthen friendly relations with Latvia. President Armen Sarkissian congratulated President Egils Levits

The President of the Republic Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of Latvia Egils Levits on the national holiday of the country.

President Sarkissian particularly says in his congratulatory message: "Armenia seeks to strengthen friendly relations with Latvia based on common values.

I am confident that with joint efforts, we will be able to give a new impetus to the reciprocally beneficial Armenian-Latvian cooperation in all spheres of mutual interest."
