President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi congratulated President Armen Sarkissian on Independence Day

The President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Armen Sarkissian on Independence Day.

The message says:

"I sincerely congratulate Your Excellency and the people of Armenia on the national holiday of the Republic of Armenia.

I hope that owing to the daily growing joint efforts by the officials of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Armenia, the existing friendly relations at the bilateral and international levels will expand to ensure the mutual interests of the two peoples in all spheres. At the same time, ensuring the well-being and national interests of the peoples of the two countries, this will become the reason for strengthening sustainable security and peace in the region."
