President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, the President of Turkmenistan, on his birthday.

"I appreciate the traditional friendly relations between our peoples. I am convinced that with joint efforts, we will be able to ensure the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation between Armenia and Turkmenistan," says President Sarkissian's message.
