President of Turkmenistan Berdimuhamedov congratulated President Armen Sarkissian on his birthday

The President of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, congratulated the President of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, on his birthday, sending him his message and best wishes.
