President Armen Sarkissian congratulated the President of Ireland on the national holiday

President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of Ireland Michael Daniel Higgins on the national holiday of Saint Patrick's Day.

President Sarkissian noted that Armenia attaches importance to establishing a broad and productive relationship with Ireland in various fields for the benefit of the two countries and the welfare of friendly peoples.
