President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin on his birthday.

In particular, President Sarkissian stressed the RF Prime Minister's significant contribution to the allied relations between the two countries, to the development and strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation in the political, economic, military, and humanitarian spheres, as well as to the improvement of integration processes in the Eurasian territory.

President Sarkissian wished good health and success to Russia’s Prime Minister.
