President Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory message to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

President Sarkissain wished President Shavkat Mirziyoyev good health and success and noted that the centuries-long friendship and mutual respect of the peoples of Armenia and Uzbekistan constitute a strong foundation for the future deepening of the bilateral relations.

”The Armenian-Uzbek relations hold great potential for development. We are ready for joint works aimed at the broadening of our cooperation, augmenting our collaboration with joint programs in the areas of hi-tech, agriculture, education, culture, and others,” the message of the President reads in particular.
